Daily Move Challenge

I believe results come from our habits - this is why I challenge myself AND you to a monthly 'Daily Move' challenge.

This year each month's move challenge will be a 100 rep core routine.

Take on the "IRON CORE" where you commit to the monthly 100 rep core routine daily 

OR

Take on the "Iron CORE Grand Slam" where you stack the monthly core routine for a total of 12 consecutive months. IE your 12th month you will be doing all 1200 core reps daily.
