Daily Move Challenge
I believe results come from our habits - this is why I challenge myself AND you to a monthly 'Daily Move' challenge.
This year each month's move challenge will be 1 minute per day of a specific daily move - after all we can ALL find a minute in our day. You can even break it up if you need to.
As always, you can 'raise the bar' by stacking the monthly moves so that by December you'll be doing 12 minutes in total daily. (all 12 months of 1 minute moves)
